"Middle East Perspective" focuses this week on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's decision to authorize at least 500 new housing starts as well as continuation of work on 2,500 other projects already under way in the West Bank's Jewish settlements.  The panelists -- Ruth Sinai of the economic daily "Kalkalist, Yitzhak Noy of Israel Radio and Jay Bushinsky of CBS Radio also discuss the Swedish government's refusal to condemn a Stockholm newspaper report that Israeli troops removed and sold the vital organs of dead Palestinians during the last Gaza conflict and the refusal of Israeli parents in the city of Petah-Tikva to allow Ethiopian-Jewish children to attend local schools.
