Former Defense Minister Moshe Arens explains his proposal for the eventual inclusion of the West Bank's 1.5 million Palestinians in the State of Israel as citizens with equal rights and freedom of movement. In his view, this is the best if not only alternative to the two-state solution being negotiated by Israel and the Palestinian Authority with little prospects of success. Jay Bushinsky of CBS News is the moderator and Yitzhak Noy of Israel Radio is the panelist.

"Middle East Perspective" (in Hebrew) deals with Former Defense Minister Moshe Arens proposal that the West Bank's 1.5 million Palestinians be included in the State of Israel as citizens in a single democratic state. This his preferred alternative to the two-state solution which is being negotiated unsuccessfully by Israel and the Palestinian Authority. Yitzhak Noy of Israel Radio is the moderator and Jay Bushinsky is the panelist.
