The Hebrew version of "Middle East Perspective" features Prof. Avraham Ben-Zvi of Haifa University who compares official (especially presidential) accountability in the U.S. compared to the prime minister's accountability in Israel.  Yitzhak Noy of Israel Radio is the moderator and Jay Bushinsky of CBS Radio is the panelist.  Noy and Bushinsky go on to analyze the rival strategies in Israel and the Palestinian Authority regarding the projected direct negotiations between them being sought by the U.S.

This program also can be heard in Montreal on CJRS - 1650 AM, Wednesday at 12:00 noon in Hebrew
