The launching of "proximity talks" between Israel and the Palestinian Authority is the opening subject on this week's "Middle East Perspective."  Jay Bushinsky of CBS News is the moderator with Jamil Hamad of Time, Yitzhak Noy of Israel Radio and Shlomo Aronson of the Hebrew Univerwity as panelists.  Also on their agenda: Prime Minister Netanyahu's meeting with Egyptian President Mubarak on the eve of the talks' start and the nuclear non-proliferation conference at the UN.
