Turkey's recall of its ambassador from Washington because of a Congressional committee's condemnation of the mass murder of 1.5 million Armenians during World War I is the opening subject of "Middle East Perspective" with Shlomo Aronson of the Hebrew University and Yitzhak Noy of Israel Radio as panelists and Jay Bushinsky as moderator.  They go on to discuss the launching of "proximity talks" between Israel and the Palestinian Authority at the behest of Presidential Envoy George Mitchell and with the personal blessing of Vice President Joe Biden.
