The mysterious and controversial assassination of a top Hamas operative in Dubai is the opening topic on this week's "Middle East Perspective."  It is analyzed and discussed by Jamil Hamad of Time magazine, Yitzhak Noy of Israel Radio and Shlomo Aronson of the Hebrew University.  Jay Bushinsky of CBS Radio is the moderator.  Also on their agenda is the projected opening of "proximity" (indirect) talks between Israel and the Palestinian Authority and the severe conditions Palestinians must endure while trying to enter Israel by way of the Bethlehem crossing point.
