Iran's successful test of a new "Segil-2" solid-fuel missile is the lead topic on this week's "Middle East Perspective."  Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas' domestic political problems and Turkey's reported nostalgia for its Ottoman Empire (which existed from 1299 to 1922) and the lifestyle it engendered also are on the agenda.  Yitzhak Noy of Israel Radio, Jamil Hamad of Time and Elif Ural of CNN's Turkish division are the panelists and Jay Bushinsky of CBS Radio is the moderator.
