One after another, Middle Eastern leaders or their stand-ins are trooping to Washington , DC , for talks with President Obama.  Concurrently, crucial elections are taking place in Lebanon and Iran and an unprecedented speech from Cairo , Egypt , to the Muslim world by the American President may redefine U.S. policy towards Iran and the Israeli-Palestinian dispute.
