The Palestinian Authority's intention to call upon the UN General Assembly Sept. 20 as the Palestinian state and to obtain UN membership as such is discussed on "Middle East Perspective."  The panel consists of Mohammed Najib of Jane's Defence Weekly and Yitzhak Noy of Israel Radio.  Jay Bushinsky of CBS Radio is the moderator.
